By using the LakeChair application or website at https://lakechair.app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

LakeChair is a personal productivity application designed to help you organize daily tasks, notes, and routines with the support of an AI assistant.

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using your Google account via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of all tasks, notes, text, and other content you create or store within the Service. We do not claim ownership over your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not abuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

6. AI Assistant Disclaimer

AI features are provided for general productivity and organizational assistance. You remain responsible for evaluating and verifying any information or suggestions provided by the AI assistant.

7. Termination & Deletion

You may discontinue using the Service at any time. You can request account deletion by emailing support@lakechair.app.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LakeChair disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
