Account & Data Deletion

1. Overview

At LakeChair (available at https://lakechair.app), you maintain full ownership and control over your personal data. This page outlines how to permanently delete your LakeChair account and all associated data, either directly within the mobile application or by submitting an email request.

2. How to Delete Your Account

You can request account and data deletion through either of the following two methods:

Option A: Directly Inside the LakeChair App (Instant)

If you have the LakeChair app installed on your mobile device (Android or iOS):

1. Open the LakeChair application.
2. Tap the Manage tab in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Select Your Data.
4. Under the Delete Account section, tap Delete Account.
5. Type your account email address to confirm, then tap Delete Permanently.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately, and you will be signed out.

Option B: Request Deletion via Email (If App is Uninstalled)

If you have uninstalled the application or cannot access your device, you can submit a manual deletion request:

• Send an email to support@lakechair.app with the subject line "Account and Data Deletion Request".
• Please send the request from the same Google email address associated with your LakeChair account so we can verify ownership.

Our team will verify your request and permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.

3. Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, all of your personal data stored in Google Cloud is permanently and irreversibly removed. This includes your account profile credentials (name, email, ID), tasks, routines, notes, photo attachments, and audio recordings.
