  • Google Account Information: When you choose to sign in with Google, we receive basic profile details (your email address, name, and profile picture URL) strictly to authenticate your identity and link your account across devices.
  • Productivity Content: The tasks, to-do items, routines, and notes that you choose to create or upload within the application.
  • Diagnostic Data: Technical logs and crash diagnostics (collected via Firebase Crashlytics) to identify bugs and ensure app performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to:

  • Authenticate your account and maintain your session.
  • Store and synchronize your tasks and notes across devices using Google Firebase.
  • Process optional AI assistant requests (powered by Google Cloud / Gemini AI) initiated by you.
  • Diagnose technical issues and maintain application reliability.

4. Google API User Data Policy Compliance

LakeChair's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • We do not sell your personal data or Google user data to any third party.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising or marketing.
  • We do not use your private content or Google user data to train generalized AI models.
  • No humans read your private tasks or notes unless you explicitly request technical support or where required by law.

5. Data Storage & Security

All user data is transmitted securely using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS) encryption and stored in secure cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase) with encryption at rest.

6. Data Deletion & User Rights

You maintain full control over your data. You can delete individual tasks or notes directly inside the application. You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@lakechair.app.

7. Children's Privacy

LakeChair is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
